To partner, volunteer, or work for YBBI you must be willing to forget what you think you know about loss, grief, and bereavement or willing to share in a culture that embraces the uncomfortable to provide a more comfortable experience. If you judge what others should be feeling based on your own experiences, you are not a good fit for YBBI.
